Joy Worrawittayakun’s Leben ist von Kindheit
an geprägt durch Natur, Tanz und Meditation. Sie hat ein
tiefes Vertrauen in Mutter Erde und in das Leben selbst. Joy’s
größter Wunsch ist es den Kindern, Lehrern und Farmern
diese Welt zu öffnen, sie gemeinsam mit ihnen zu erleben.
Joy vereinte Natur, Tanz und Meditation
und daraus entstand und entsteht fortwährend neu der Meditationstanz.
Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit
mit Ulrike Meister (Heilpraktikerin für asiatische Naturheilkunde),
die großes Wissen
und langjährige therapeutische Erfahrung in Chinesischer

Medizin und Ayurvedischer Heilkunde hat, wurde der Meditationstanz
eine Mischung aus traditioneller Heilkunde, Yoga, Tanz, Harmonie
von Seele, Körper und Geist, Meditation, tiefem Naturerlebnis
und Liebe.
Wir wollen unseren Kindern all
diese Erfahrungen mit auf ihren Lebensweg geben. Der Meditationstanz
ist eine einfache und schöne
Art, sich selbst, der Natur und den Menschen nahe zu kommen und
ein wenig “heil” zu werden.
In dieser Verbundenheit können
Respekt, Liebe, Verstehen und Leben wachsen.

About Life:
In the environment of rush and tough,
people are drowning in to the stream of "Materialism".
We worship richness and glory. Stress we facing all the time
make us forget about our real soul, forget about nature, forget
about the simple true reasons of life.
"Often we grow up more suffer
than happiness in our life" Sometimes we get lost. Our soul
feels sad, seems like spirit and energy are gone. Feels like
we are not involved in the natural and safe rhythm of flouting
life. Seems like mother earth and father heaven not feed us anymore,
not hug us anymore, seems like they forget about us. Indeed,
we forget about them.
We have to realize, that everything
our soul and our body need is always around. We can learn about
many ways to open our mind and our heart. In this ways we will
feel more and more thankful and humble for the spirit, the energy
and the love nature gives to everyone.
No matter who you are, wherever you
live or what ever you did in your live before, one way to learn
how to open yourself for a natural life is to practice the Meditation
Dance.
What
happens when I practice "The Meditation Dance"
First of all you just do it. You learn
about the figures we created by Yoga, Qi-Gong, Tai-Chi and the
wisdom from Chinese Medicine. More and more you will understand
what you are going to do and how to do it in the right way.
When you truly understand you will
be calm and ready to open your heart. Then you can start your
real practice. You need a nice place and time reserved for Meditation
Dance and you should start practicing with love and your genuine
heart. You will feel the nature around and you will feel calm
and lighten. After a while you truly come back to yourself -
entrusted in nature. You will feel completely safe in this moment.
This harmony will heal body and soul
from all pain and suffer of the past. All joy and happiness will
gently come to your mind. You are able to look deeply inside
yourself. You will understand the meaning of life and see how
precious and lovely it is. Peace and the immortal love of nature
will always be with you and with the whole world.
All of this is just done by simple nature, simple life and simple
understanding.
The
Meditation Dance and Social work
When children and staff in Children's
Shelter Home practice the Meditation Dance, they feel more and
more calm and happy. They can see the world in an optimistic
way and give more love and care to their surrounding. This is
an important step to grow up a social life community. We observe
that The Meditation Dance help to heal body and soul of our children.
Especially children who had traumatic experience in their lives
get a big benefit of the practice. They love to "Dance" with
us - and the healing process start immediately by nature.
Some guests and visitor also like
to practice the Meditation Dance with us. They are heartily welcome.
Often people realized already in the first hour of practicing
their positive feelings, calmness and happiness. They see, the
first step is easy to practice, they feel the big benefit and
they get the wish to take this experience home and share it with
their family, other schools or social welfare.
Therefore, Children's Shelter Foundation
would like to introduce the practice to organizations and outsiders
who interested in this program. We can ensure that Meditation
Dance is an easy way to happiness, everybody can do.
Moreover we want to invite
leader of groups and schools who are interested in the therapy
with "The Meditation Dance" to get more understanding
about the structure way of healing. Learn about the 5 Elements
of Life; learn about Chakra, about the Energy Channels, about
healthy food. And in the end you will realize that all of this
wisdom is simply nature life, we can easy start with The Meditation
Dance.
